What do we customize?
I like to say "everything from socks to sheets" because that is our goal. No worries, if I haven't or can't I more than likely know someone who does or can and I have no problem referring you and sharing the wealth.
Why don't we provide quotes prior to a consultation for custom orders?
It's easy to quote a flat rate when you only use templates and/or carry a ton of low cost items in stock. I don't do either. Your design starts and ends with your vision. That means, I don't know how much work or time it will take until we talk about it. The items I use for your project are also based on your budget and your choices and I source those items after I have those details.
What's the turnaround time?
Most custom orders require a two week advance order timeframe to avoid a rush fee.
Our turnaround time begins once you have approved the design and product(s) to be used, and depends on the details of each project. Generally simpler custom orders can be completed within 3-5 business days, however, some may take significantly longer.
